Weekly terms are for up to 4 people and include firewood, gas,electricity, use of the washing machine and the provision (and weekly change) of all linen except swimming towels. There are no 'extras' except the hire of a TV should you want me to arrange that for you.
I ask for 20% of the total rent on confirmation of a booking, and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Do take out holiday insurance,as if for any reason you have to cancel, I must (reluctantly) charge you the full rent if I cannot find another tenant in the time available.
Lets run from Friday to Friday to take advantage of cheaper fares and less crowded ferries mid-week.
